What This Magic Red Casino Site Knows About You

Very little, and that is not modesty. These are flat pages of text: reading one leaves a line in a server log and nothing else — no profile, no identifier passed to an advertiser, no trail off the site.

The Only Record This Site Keeps

Any web server writes a line for every file it sends. That log is the only collection happening here.

IP address
The address the request came from, needed to send the page back
User agent
The browser and operating system string your software sends
Page requested
Which address was asked for, and the response code
Timestamp
Date and time of the request
Referrer
Where you arrived from, if your browser says

They exist for two unglamorous reasons: keeping the site up and keeping it from being abused. A broken link, a page erroring, a crawler hammering the server — that is what they get read for. No segments, no audience lists, no working out who you are.

Why No Cookie Banner Meets You Here

Because there is nothing to consent to. None of the usual pieces is installed:

  • No analytics — none of Google's, no self-hosted alternative, no heatmap. We cannot tell how far down this page you have read.
  • No advertising pixel and no retargeting. Nobody gets a signal from here to chase you with ads.
  • No tag manager, the usual back door for scripts arriving later without a policy being revisited.
  • No tracking cookie. Nothing is set in your browser to recognize you by on a return visit.

A banner exists to ask permission for exactly those things, so with none present it would be theatre. The one script per page is ours, and it talks to nothing.

Nothing Here Asks You to Type Anything

No account, no newsletter, no comment box, no contact form, no chat widget. The only interactive things here are links and the question toggles, so there is no field in which to hand over a name or a card number — and no reader database to leak.

Email us and we keep what you sent for as long as answering takes. No list, no forwarding.

What Happens When You Leave for Magic Red Casino

The links out to the casino carry an affiliate parameter. It tells the operator the visit came from this site so a referral can be credited, and carries nothing about you.

Past that link, we are not involved

Once magicred.io loads you are on the operator's property, under its privacy policy and its cookies. Whatever you give the casino at registration, verification or deposit is held by Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V. — we can neither see nor retrieve it.

Read that policy before registering. What the form asks for is on our account opening page.

How Long These Logs Live

Logs are kept for a limited period typical of server log rotation, then overwritten. I would rather say that than quote a confident number of days: rotation happens at the hosting layer, and invented figures are how policies stop being true.

Two firm commitments. Log data is never sold, rented or traded, and never shared with the casino, an advertising network or a data broker — the single exception being a lawful order from a Canadian authority.

Your Rights Over What We Hold

PIPEDA, the federal private-sector privacy law, gives you rights over personal information an organization holds. An IP address can count as personal information, so those rights reach our logs.

  1. Access. Ask what we hold and we will look — though a log line is findable by IP address and date, not by name.
  2. Correction. If something we hold is wrong, ask us to put it right.
  3. Challenge our handling of it and get an answer from a person, not a form.
  4. Complain to the regulator. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints about organizations covered by PIPEDA.

Readers in Quebec may also have rights under the provincial regime known as Law 25. No certification, seal or audit is claimed here, and none is held.

Writing to Us About Privacy

[email protected]

Privacy questions and access requests. Corrections about the casino itself have a separate address on the site information page.

One boundary, since it is the request that reaches us most: we cannot close, freeze or verify a Magic Red account, and hold no record of one. Pausing or closing one is covered on our account access page.

Privacy Questions, Answered

No. No tracking cookie, no advertising pixel, no tag manager — which is also why no consent banner appears.

Only what a web server writes by default: the IP address, the user agent, the page asked for, the date and time, and the referrer.

We pass the operator nothing personal. The link identifies this site as the referrer, not you, and anything after it falls under the casino's own policy.

Yes, under PIPEDA. Write to [email protected] with the IP address and dates, since a log line cannot be found by name.

Us first, at [email protected]. Failing that, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes PIPEDA complaints, and Quebec residents may have recourse under Law 25.

Magic Red Casino Holds Its Own Data, Not Ours

Registering means handing the operator the details it needs for verification, under its policy rather than ours. Worth a read first.
