Magic Red Casino Sister Sites: What Is Left of the Network
Search magic red casino sister sites and you get card after card of rival casinos with tracking links attached. This page does something duller and more useful: it tells you what the network actually was, what is left of it, and why the answer today is "nothing live".
We write about one casino here, so there is no alternatives list below and no scores for rival brands. Other names appear only as history, unlinked.
The short version first. The stable Magic Red grew up in has been dismantled brand by brand across late 2025 and the first half of 2026, and the company that relaunched the name on magicred.io appears to run this one casino and nothing else.
What "Sister Site" Means for Magic Red Casino Today
The phrase gets used so loosely it has nearly stopped meaning anything. A casino is not a sister site because it wears the same shade of red or stocks the same Pragmatic Play slots — hundreds do. Shared design is a supplier coincidence, not a family tie.
Two brands are genuinely related when they share at least one of these:
- The operating company — the same legal entity named in both footers.
- The licence — one licence number covering both domains.
- The platform and back office — the same account system, the same terms wording, often the same support desk.
- The cashier and wallet — identical payment pages, limits and processing partners.
Hold Magic Red against that definition and the result is thin. The old network met every one of those tests and it is closed; the current operator meets none of them with any other casino we could find. The honest answer in 2026 is that Magic Red has no live sisters — not a shorter list, an empty one.
The Magic Red Sister Network That Closed in 2026
The original magicred.com launched in 2014 inside the AG Communications Ltd stable, the white-label arm of Aspire Global, later part of Aristocrat Interactive. When Aristocrat exited that business it did not sell the brands on one by one. It closed them.
The record — no links, no ratings, because none of these is a casino you can play at. The first four closures are stated on the brands' own sites or in their own closure notices; the last row is reported elsewhere and we have marked it as such:
| Brand | Closed | Part of |
|---|---|---|
| magicred.com (the original Magic Red) | 30 June 2026 | AG Communications Ltd / Aspire Global |
| Mr Play | 28 May 2026 | AG Communications Ltd / Aspire Global |
| Regent Play | 28 May 2026 | AG Communications Ltd / Aspire Global |
| Luckster | June 2026 | AG Communications Ltd / Aspire Global |
| Affiliate trackers of the wind-down also list Luckland, PlayFrank, Cashiopeia and CasinoLuck among the brands switched off — names we have not been able to confirm ourselves | Reported as late 2025 to early 2026 | Reported as AG Communications Ltd / Aspire Global |
That is the family as far as we can establish it, and nothing on the list is live. Competing pages still list some of those names as live Magic Red sisters because they describe the closed casino, not the one taking sign-ups — the same mistake that has them quoting Malta licence numbers and Interac deposits. More on the Magic Red operator and licence page.
Who Runs Magic Red Casino Now, and What Else They Operate
The casino at magicred.io is operated by Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V., registered at Kaya Werfstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao, company number 159274, under a stated Antilles Remote Gaming Commission licence, ARG/2024/318/0651. Billing is handled by Vermillion Pay Solutions Limited of Nicosia, Cyprus, HE 391552. Those are the only corporate entities the site names.
So we went looking for a second brand. Four checks, and what each returned:
- The site carries no "our brands" page, no group footer and no sister-casino section.
- Searching licence ARG/2024/318/0651 turns up magicred.io and pages discussing it — no second domain.
- Curaçao registration 159274 is not attached to another casino we could surface.
- The Cyprus billing agent is a payments company, not a casino group, and fronts no other gaming brand we could trace.
What this proves, and what it does not. "None found" is weaker than "none exists". Curaçao registers are not fully open, white-label deals can sit behind another name on paper, and a brand launched last month would not show up yet. What we can say is that anyone hunting a Magic Red stablemate has nothing to go on: no disclosure, no shared licence number, no second footer with the same company. I would rather say that plainly than invent a family tree.
Where the Old Magic Red Stablemates Went
Not every brand simply vanished. Part of the portfolio is reported to have moved across to Jupiter Gaming Ltd, described in coverage of the wind-down as a different licensee on its own paperwork; we have not confirmed that transfer ourselves. A few names are said to have kept trading under new ownership, with new terms and new cashiers.
Two things matter. The first is that the migration, however it was papered, is history about a network Magic Red used to sit in, nothing more — we are not pointing you at those casinos, not linking them and not suggesting an account anywhere on that list.
The second is the part competitors get wrong, and it does not depend on who bought what. Jupiter Gaming Ltd has no connection to magicred.io. Magic Red was not part of the transfer; the brand resurfaced separately, months later, under a Curaçao company with no documented link to the previous owner or the new one. A casino that was a Magic Red sister in 2024 and changed hands in 2026 is not one now, because what made them sisters — one operator, one licence — stopped being true for both at the same moment.
Why Magic Red Has No Sister Sites Right Now
This bit is structural, and nobody writing about Magic Red seems to explain it. Sister sites are a by-product of one business model: the white label. A licensed operator builds the platform, cashier and compliance function, then rents the stack to partners who bring a brand name and a marketing budget. Each partner gets a casino; the operator ends up with dozens of near-identical sites on one licence. That is how a dozen brands come to share a terms document with the logo swapped.
That was the Aspire model, and it is why the old Magic Red had so many relatives. Hunt for its sisters in 2023 and you would find a crowd, all with the same cashier screens.
The relaunched Magic Red runs on the opposite arrangement. One company holds a licence under the Curaçao regime and operates one website on it. No partner brands, no rented platform shared with other casinos, no group footer. If a second brand ever appears it will be because Crimson Reel chose to launch one, not because the structure produces them by default.
How to Check Whether a Casino Really Is a Magic Red Sister Site
You need not take anyone's word for this, ours included. The check takes four minutes and works on any two casinos.
-
Read the operating company name in the footer
Scroll to the bottom of both sites and find the sentence beginning "operated by". Magic Red names Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V. A different company there ends the claim.
-
Compare the licence number, character for character
Not the regulator — the number. Plenty of casinos hold Curaçao-regime licences without being related. Magic Red states ARG/2024/318/0651. Two brands on one number share an operator; two numbers do not.
-
Check the registered address and company number
Kaya Werfstraat 9, Willemstad, and registration 159274 for Magic Red. Shared ownership shows up here first: a group tends to register everything at one address even when the branding stays separate.
-
Open the terms and the cashier side by side
This is the test that catches what the footer hides. Compare the withdrawal limits, the wagering clauses and the payment list. White-label siblings are usually the same document with a different logo, down to the minimum deposit.
-
Ignore the skin entirely
A red-and-black casino with a flaming logo and a Sweet Bonanza tile proves nothing. Those are supplier defaults and design fashion. Paperwork is the only evidence that counts.
Magic Red Lookalike Domains Are Not Sister Sites
Run the search from Canada and you meet addresses that look like official Magic Red properties, often on .ca or a near-miss spelling. Readers ask whether these are sister sites; they are not, because a sister site is a casino run by the same company, while these are marketing pages built to catch brand searches and hand you off — no licence, no games, no responsibility for your money. How to tell one from the live casino is a footer check, and it belongs on our licence and operator page.
One related question: your old magicred.com credentials will not open an account on magicred.io, and the Magic Red sign-in page explains what to do instead.
What Magic Red Offers That Sends People Looking for Sister Sites
Most people asking this want to know whether a better version exists somewhere else.
A library that does not run out. The lobby holds 2,205 games from 135 studios, 1,648 of them slots, plus 67 live tables — see the slots and live rundown.
Welcome spins with no wagering on them. New players get a 100% match up to €100 — roughly C$150 — plus 50 wager-free spins, so those winnings pay as cash. Wagering on the match sits on the Magic Red bonus page.
No fees in either direction. The cashier charges nothing either way and pays back to the method you used; minimums and timings are on deposits and withdrawals.
Accounts are held in euros, with no Canadian dollar wallet and no Interac, so your bank converts both ways.
Magic Red Casino Sister Site Questions
Ten questions Canadian readers send us about the network and the lookalikes.
Not that anyone can point to. The network it belonged to was wound down across late 2025 and the first half of 2026, and Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V. shows no second brand on the site, on its licence number or against its Curaçao registration.
It closed. The original magicred.com sat in the AG Communications Ltd white-label stable, part of Aspire Global and later Aristocrat Interactive, and the owner wound that business down. Magic Red shut on 30 June 2026, Mr Play and Regent Play on 28 May, Luckster in June.
It was one, and it is not one now. Mr Play shared the AG Communications licence and platform with the original magicred.com, which made them genuine stablemates until both closed. It stopped taking players on 28 May 2026.
Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company, with billing handled by a Cyprus payments firm. Neither Aspire Global nor AG Communications Ltd has any part in the site you can join today. The registered address, company number and billing agent are set out on our Magic Red operator and licence page.
Same brand name, different company. magicred.com ran from 2014 under AG Communications Ltd and closed on 30 June 2026. magicred.io is a 2026 relaunch by Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V. under a stated Antilles Remote Gaming Commission licence, with euro accounts and no Interac. A new account at a new operator.
No, and they are not sister sites either. Pages wearing the Magic Red skin on .ca and near-miss addresses are marketing pages and clones, not casinos run by the operator. The live casino is magicred.io, whose footer names Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V. Read the footer before depositing anywhere.
Compare paperwork, not design. Read the operating company name in the footer, then the licence number, then the registered address and company number, then check whether the terms and cashier are the same document with a different logo. A matching colour scheme means nothing.
No. Some brands from the old Aspire stable are reported to have continued under Jupiter Gaming Ltd, a separate licensee, when that network was broken up, which is coverage we have not been able to confirm ourselves. Magic Red was not among them either way — it reappeared on magicred.io under Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V., with no thread back to Jupiter Gaming.
Possible, but nothing has been announced. Crimson Reel Entertainment N.V. publishes no brands page and no portfolio, and we found no second casino tied to its licence or company number. If one appears, the giveaway will be a footer carrying the same company and licence.
It stays a matter for the operator that held it, not for Magic Red. Closing brands normally email players, pause deposits and run a withdrawal window before the lights go out, and unclaimed balances then go through the licensee. Nothing carries across to magicred.io.
One Magic Red, and It Is Open
No sister site to compare this one against, which makes the decision simpler. The welcome match up to €100 and 50 wager-free spins are live now.
